*** Refunds & Exchanges ***

All sales are final, we do not do refunds for online orders. Pre orders cannot be refunded due to our all sales are final policy, if you pre-ordered a product, you will receive your product no matter what.

Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number.

In a situation where an insufficient address was given during the shipping process, if returned, there will be an $16 shipping fee for domestic & $60 for international to send back to buyer with a sufficient address. REMINDER: Please make sure a correct address is inputted in shipping information & please include Unit/Apartment/PO #

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We ONLY exchange items if they're DAMAGED. Exchanges are accepted for items in stock only. All sales are final. READ item description before purchasing!

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
