How Preorders Work

A preorder lets you purchase an item before it’s produced and ready to ship. Preorder purchases help fund the item’s production. Once the required production cost has been met, we place the order with our manufacturer.

We’ll send updates about production and fulfillment by email or SMS using the contact information provided at checkout. Your order will ship after production is complete and the item is available. Once we have inventory ready for immediate fulfillment, the product listing will change from Preorder to Ready to Ship.
